(A) DESIGN: 

I. DIC Card TEMPLATE: The design of template, with front cover in multi-color, and back cover in black lettering with a light color water marks. Client need to supply following informations:

                a. Name of Establishment.

                b. Adress,telephone,email.

                c. Logo with actual colors.

                d. Type of fonts.

                e. Colors preferences.

                f. Simple draft design.

With the above information’s, a initial template proof will be done and show to the client for approval, if it need to be corrected and improved until it meet the client approval. Alternatively, we will take initiative in designing the template. If necessary, actual DIC card printed proof will send for approval before production. Free of charge for large quantity DIC cards order, however for small quantity order, fixed amount will charge.

 II. The variable data, such as individual name; title/position; ID number; photo, signature etc. 

(B) PICTORIAL : They are two procedures for taking individual ID photo :

 (a) Photographers will be sending on site for the pictorial and collect individual variable data.

 (b) Client will under take individual ID photo and collection of individual variable data, and send it for processing.  We will assist and train personnel for this purposes, FREE OF CHARGE.
